Return Policy

To our valued customers:

  • Inspect merchandise before accepting shipment. If upon further inspection you notice any concealed damage, you must save all original boxes and packaging materials and notify Fish House Supply within 3 days after receiving shipment.
How to Return Merchandise:
  • You MUST Notify Fish House Supply within 20 days of receipt for instructions on returning your item(s).
  • Returned merchandise must be in new condition, original boxes or packaging and must include all product related packaging materials, manuals, accessories and will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
  • Items returned to us which are deemed unsaleable will be returned to the customer at customer's expense.
  • Electrical Items, Gas Appliances and Gas Parts are non-returnable due to liability issues.
  • Siding, Doors and Windows are non-returnable due to scratch and dent issues.
  • All returns must be shipped back at customers expense. Call for instructions.
  • Refunds will be issued immediately after merchandise has been inspected.

Manufacturers Warranty Items*:

  • Considered a final sale.
  • All have manufacturers warranties.
  • Must follow manufacturer warranty and service instructions.
  • Complete all warranty cards, etc.. and mail directly to the manufacturer.
