Return Policy
To our valued customers:
- Inspect merchandise before
accepting shipment. If upon further inspection you notice
any concealed damage, you must save all original boxes and
packaging materials and notify Fish House Supply within 3
days after receiving shipment.
How to Return Merchandise:
- You MUST Notify
Fish House Supply within 20 days of receipt for
instructions on returning your item(s).
- Returned merchandise
must be in new condition, original boxes or packaging and
must include all product related packaging materials,
manuals, accessories and will be charged a 20% restocking
fee.
- Items returned to us
which are deemed unsaleable will be returned to the
customer at customer's expense.
- Electrical Items, Gas
Appliances and Gas Parts are non-returnable due to
liability issues.
- Siding, Doors and
Windows are non-returnable due to scratch and dent issues.
- All returns must be
shipped back at customers expense. Call for
instructions.
- Refunds will be issued
immediately after merchandise has been inspected.
Manufacturers Warranty
Items*:
- Considered a final sale.
- All have manufacturers
warranties.
- Must follow manufacturer
warranty and service instructions.
- Complete all warranty
cards, etc.. and mail directly to the manufacturer.
