Return Policy

If any products arrive damaged from the shipper, Please call us immediately so we can contact the shipper and make a claim.
You may return most New unused items in its original package up to 30 Days from the date of sale. LP Furnaces, LP Parts & Electrical Items are non-returnable due to liabilities for resale. Before returning products please email us with your Order Number and Items that you wish to return.
Returned items must be in New condition, unused and it's original packaging with all product related packaging materials including manuals and Returned to us within 30 days from the date of sale on receipt. Return Shipping fees will be Purchasers responsibility. Original shipping fees are non refundable and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from all returns.
Order cancellations can only be made before order ships. Any order cancellations after order ships will be charged 10% of the original order and the original shipping charges.

Any Warranty claims will need to be worked out directly between the Purchaser and Manufacturer of the product.
If customer gives an invalid shipping address and items are returned to us from shipper, the customer will be charged the actual shipping charges and return shipping charges.
Special Order Items are Non-Returnable and need to be paid for in advance. Any cancellation after payment has been made will be charged 20% to cover all costs.
