Shipping policy

At Fish House Supply, we believe in making the most of what we’ve got. That includes reusing shipping boxes whenever possible. So don’t be surprised if your order arrives in a recycled box — it’s not random, it’s resourceful. By choosing Fish House Supply, you’re supporting a business that values sustainability.


Shipping Rates & Area Coverage

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed and shipped the same day or the following business day from our warehouse in Minnesota.

    • Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will ship the next business day.

    • Delivery time is typically 2–5 business days, but please allow extra time during holidays or severe winter driving conditions.

  • Order Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled before they have shipped.

  • Midwest Flat Rate Shipping (Spee‑Dee Delivery): For customers in MN, SD, ND, WI, IA, and IL, shipping is a flat rate of $9.95 for orders up to $99. Orders over $100 ship free (excluding oversized items listed below).

  • Outside Midwest Coverage: If you are outside of our 5‑state delivery area, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on carrier rates.

  • Supplier‑Shipped Products (Shopify Collective): Some products ship directly from our trusted partners. In these cases, shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the supplier. Fulfillment and tracking are handled by the supplier, but you’ll receive updates through Fish House Supply.

  • Exclusions: Doors, furnaces, siding, fish houses, and toppers are excluded from free shipping.

  • PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Boxes. Orders must be shipped to a physical street address or business location.
